Music composed by Tony Wallace
A great stocking stuffer for the busy people in your life.
Give the gift of (inner) peace this holiday season!
Sheila Winter Wallace’s Quieting The Busy Mind is an audio program designed to help you understand why meditation works and how you can integrate it into your daily life with ease. The accompanying music has been developed with balanced core physiological rhythms to deepen your meditation experience.
‘Quieting The Busy Mind’ in Practice:
Sheila Winter Wallace has designed ‘Quieting The Busy Mind’ to be easy and effective for people who are new to meditation, while still accommodating those who have already made it a part of their daily lives. The first track will introduce you to Sheila’s methods and philosophy. The second track will guide you into the meditation, accompanied by Tony Wallace’s carefully crafted score. During your first two or three sessions, take the time to listen to the entire program. Once you are comfortable, you can start directly from the second track. At that point, you’ll only need to set aside about 25 minutes a day to meditate. In fact, one of the goals that we set for ‘Quieting The Busy Mind’ was to create a program that people could enjoy during their lunch hour - and still have enough time left for lunch!
